Roy Beast was born in Tèxord. He grew up with his family in the South of the city and started showing interest in music in 1980. He attended conservatorium in 1984 but quit after one year and a half, releasing records with his punk/new wave group The Mumblers. Bello Dehond and Papa Beer asked him to join their band and he couldn’t refuse. He played with bad medecine from end of 1985 till his death in 1993.
